Food was absolutely amazing. Taste, texture and presentation were on point. Our server Carrie was great. My wife and I had a very enjoyable evening. We will definitely be returning.

My wife and I have been dining here for several years and have always had a fantastic experience. I would call this place a hidden gem. Besides it being an historical landmark with the ambiance of an Old City restaurant, the cuisine is unmatched. Sit at the bar or enjoy a cozy table by the fire. We have had the pleasure of trying several dishes and haven't found one we haven't loved, especially the Centerton salad. The service is exceptional, always accommodating, speedy and friendly. Love this place!

Thank you for still being one of the best restaurants

Another one of South Jersey best kept secrets.

I've been past here for years finally stopped for dinner . Historic Inn , amazing food , good service . Glad we came in . Don't judge a book by it's cover . Highly recommend.

Centerton salad, Centerton steak, Centerton potatoe

I wanted a special meal to celebrate my sister's birthday and our dinner exceeded my expectations. Our fine server Cody first brought out the Centerton Sampler appetizer which included 3 each of big clams casino, 3 stuffed mushrooms, and 3 large well chilled shrimp with a delicious obviously homemade cocktail sauce. We decided to try the Centerton salad, which could have been a meal by itself! It was a chilled mix of greens and shredded cheese in a garlic based dressing. We both ordered the Governors Pork Tenderloin, which was tender pork with a tasty crust topped with apples soaked in an apple brandy sauce. We ended up taking at least half of our entrée home because we wanted to save room for dessert. In house made pound cake made with almond paste and topped with real whipped cream and fresh Jersey blueberries and cannoli stuffed with ricotta cream were a wonderful finish to our meal. Oh, great coffee, too.
